I am so angry at myself.
It has been a month and I gained 6 pounds -__- This vicious cycle is starting all over again.
Hello! I am here to lose weight, get fit, become happier, and finally become the person I've wanted to be. I finally realized that I have full control over my weight. It is up to me. I define the limit of what I can and cannot do. So it is time to do this - the right way. I want to promote body positivity. I would like to get rid of all self-doubt and negativity as well. I am 5'7". HW: 180. LW: 130. CW: 180. GW1: 170. GW2: 160. GW3: 150. GW4: 140. GW5: 130. GW6: 120. By the way, I am not a doctor or health expert so any advice I give is just from personal experience.
